What area do you service?

We service the Burlington and Hamilton area, as well as municipalities within a 40 km radius of Burlington. Please see attached map or send us and email with the address for a quote.

How fast can I get a post installed?

We guarantee next business day services for Zone A, B, C,  and two business days for LD Zone. Rush service is available upon request and subject to extra fees.

What type of post do you install?

We install white vinyl posts 72" height that can accomodates signes up to 36" wide

How can I pay for your services?

We accept payments via Interac e-transfer or by credit card.

Are there any extra fees if I pay by credit card?

Payment by credit card are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Can I order a custom rider?

We work with a sign manufacturing facility and we can order specific rider for your installation.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for bulk, prepaid order. Contact us for details.

Do I get a confirmation of the installation?

Once the post is installed, you will receive a text message with a photo of the installation.

When will you remove the sign?

Post and sign will be removed upon request or 2 weeks after a sold rider was placed

How can I get a free SOLD rider?

You can ask for a free SOLD rider when placing the order and it will be left at the property for you to install.

I don't have time to install my rider, can you install for me?

You can order a rider installation at any time.

Can I have my sign installed in a specific spot?

Yes, you can request it when placing the order otherwise, it is up to the installer to chose the best spot to place your sign.Usually, it is centered on the front lawn for the best visibility.

It is a condo complex or building, where will my sign be installed?

Condominiums typically enforce strict sign placement policies outlined in their by-laws. Before installation, please consult with the condominium corporation or your seller to ensure compliance with permitted signage and indicate the placement with your order. Any costs incurred as a result of incorrect placement, are the responsability of the agent.

Am I allowed to install stickers on the post such as "SOLD" or "New Price"?

Stickers on the post are not permited.

Are there any fees for posts not returned or damaged?

Yes. You are responsible for the sign post once it is installed. Missing or damaged post will be charged $150.

Do you provide Storage for my signs?

Yes, your signs could be stored by us to ensure fast, efficient service.

You don't have my signs in your storage, and I don't know how to attach to your post..

You can leave the sign at the property and our installers will take care of the rest.
